  • Mood:
So I got an envelope from the boss today. As of 6th March I will be an official Whyte & Mackay employee and not an agency worker. Eventually I shall be working the nightshift. The wage will be nice.

One of the women I work with has breast cancer. She's already had two operations and now faces chemotherapy. There's a history of it in her family so she was getting regular checks. Hopefully it was spotted soon enough that the chemo will be brief.

Your past life diagnosis: I don't know how you feel about it, but you were female in your last earthly incarnation.
You were born somewhere in the territory of modern Thailand around the year 400.
Your profession was that of a jeweler or watch-maker.Your brief psychological profile in your past life:
Inquisitive, inventive, you liked to get to the very bottom of things and to rummage in books. Talent for drama, natural born actor. The lesson that your last past life brought to your present incarnation:
Your lesson is to learn discretion and moderation and then to teach others to do the same. Your life will be happier if you help those who lack reasoning. Do you remember now?

My DNA
You are an Independent Artist.
About You
You are an Artist
#

Your appreciation of beauty, ability to think abstractly, and innovativeness make you an ARTIST.
#

Never one to be tied to a particular way of doing things, you let your imagination guide you in discovering different possibilities.
#

You would rather seek out new experiences than stick to your everyday habits, taking in as much of the world as possible.
#

Your eye for beauty and your willingness to consider different perspectives make your creative efforts interesting—even though you may not realize this yourself.
#

You prefer to think about things before voicing your opinion, considering a wide, diverse range of options.
#

While there are forms and styles that you prefer, you tend to keep an open mind when it comes to your artistic preferences.
#

You are curious about things, interested in the "why" more than the “how.”
#

You have an active imagination that leads you express yourself in a distinct way.
#

You prefer to have time to plan for things, feeling better with a schedule than with keeping plans up in the air until the last minute.
#

You tend to believe that things happen for a reason, and that not everything is under our control.
If you want to be different:
#

Be more open to risks in your creative efforts, and don't be quick to dismiss the praise of others.
#

Think about how attention to detail may help you be more sure of yourself.
How You Relate to Others
You are Independent
#

Your inward focus, trusting nature, and sharp sense of right and wrong make you INDEPENDENT.
#

Your thoughts and actions are not reliant on what others think about you; you have a clearly defined moral structure.
#

When it comes to others, you are very practical, expecting people to take care of themselves.
#

You generally believe the best about people, but you hold them to high standards.
#

Similarly, you believe in maintaining integrity, honor, and a sense of respect for those who have earned their success.
#

Trust needs to be earned with you; you're slow to forgive when people have violated your trust.
#

Spending time alone means a lot to you, as does keeping certain things private.
#

You quietly observe a lot about the world, giving you a keen sense of both how things are and how things should be.
#

You've learned that you need to prioritize your own feelings, as opposed to always considering others' feelings first.
If you want to be different:
#

Let your trust in others allow you to consider that interpersonal situations can be complex, and that people's feelings in those situations can take many forms.
#

Accordingly, in working harder to understand people's perspectives, you might find that their insights can help you make better decisions.
